For 2016 is the worst year for the Real Estate and Construction Companies in the year of 2017 but the local business people have believed that those will be in good situation in business Job in 2017.
For the time being, a few of properties in projected area are getting raised for sale and for rent and some of Real Estate companies are based in Yangon expressed that the Condominium, Apartments for sale and for rent are becoming in a good condition.
Although Real Estate Business was continuously good in throughout the last 20 years ago, but because of the political transition, economic crisis, and too much tax rate, it become worst in 2016.
“Yet I hope the Real Estate trading is going to be in good situation in the middle year of 2017”, said by Daw Moh Moh Aye, General Secretary of Myanmar Real Estate Service Association.
“Since from at the end of 2014, it was getting worst and the slump the Real Estate Business has been in free fall and in 2015, but because of the election, it did not raise again. It had good condition but due to increasing tax rate, it became bad too. Last 2016 is the worst year in throughout the last 20 years. I hope that Real Estate is going to raise in the middle year of coming 2017,” she said.
