U Aye Lin from General Secretary of Myanmar constructional employers association said, “If you purchase the low-cost housing, the government has allow to be exempt the taxes which has to pay by the buyer”.
On meeting with U Myint Swe, Vice Presedent, Government Representatives and Businessmen, Traders and Industry and handiwork societies on January 13rd, U Kyaw Win, Projects and Financial Minister expressed that except stamp fee, they don’t need to pay other taxes in order to make buyers convenient for low-cost housing, said U Aye Lin to media.
“When the Chairman well presented to Minister U Kyaw Win, he will reduce tax payment to make buyers convenient for the buyer as soon as possible,” said U Aye Lin.
“In present, those exemption tax was not knowing exactly when it will be started to take effect for the low-cost Housing buyers,” said responsive people of constructional employer society.
