At first search from online. But communicate through broker only. Some landlord do not want to rent many people for a room. We rented with a couple in the same room property. The landlord rented them. When we asked the landlord, he said he accept only few people. We faced a lots of problem in the former room. At beginning the landlord agreed to repair and provide if bulb? Water pump but when the actual we cannot able to contact to the landlord. The day on the renting period is end, we request to move at evening but they told to move in the morning. For paying agent fee also not convenient for us. Without depend on broker for rent the room is also not convenient. Because most of the landlord submit their property to the agency.
