U Kyaw Win, Union Minister for the Ministry of Planning and Financing said, “Yangon New City Development Project has to be start prepared to develop more the City.”
“The government is considering modernizing Yangon City. But weighing the advantages and disadvantages of re-developing an old commercial city or developing a new City. It is a new city which will become our big union project, he said.
It is said at Myanmar Investment Forum which in Nay Pyi Daw on June 6.
There will be many projects involved in this union project. Like Local investors, individual investors, corporate investors, foreign investment joint ventures,” he added.
U Myint Swe said, “Myanmar need the basic construction development. Therefore, not only involving the government but also Non-government sector also much needed to corporate each other,” he added.
