Hong An Ge Line (HAGL) from Civil Development Company from Vietnam and Digital Cinema implement by Royal Ace Mega Company signed the agreement together to collaborate long term contract lease on July 13 at Melia Hotel.
According to agreement Hagel’s project part 2, given the name as Mega Ace which included six Cinema, special rest room and showing sample of movies room which is 2581.6 square feet wide a Cinema will build.
Mr.Cao Duy Thinh, Managine director of HEGL Myanmar said we have been build HEGL Construction project as two section. One section is Myanmar Palazza, Myanmar Centre and Melia Hotel coorparated in 2015 this project was completed. In the second section we will implement to build International trading shop, Standard Shopping Mall, Kids player ground, Restaurants and including Standard Cinema hall which 93742 square feet wide and 5th high rise building, he said.
Moreover, to have a good quality HEGL project section 2 project including office Tower about 30,000 wide to renovate as shopping Centre, he said.
We decided to build a standard shopping Centre instead building of office tower where 30000 square Meter and there Entertainment, Kid’s player ground, Cinema hall and super market will be set at Shopping Centre. Because of those purpose they have signed for long-term contract for Mega Ace Digital Cinema project,” he said.
