Myanmar real estate news A new bridge Nga Moe Yeik (ThitSa Street) is getthing more interest than ever before to live in North Dagon Township, said Real Estate Broker.

A new bridge which replaced the old Bridge is connected to Nga Man Aung Pagoda Road in North Dagon Township and ThitSa Street in South Okkalapa and allowed to start passing on 29 November.

After building a bridge in South Dagon and North Dagon, transportation is more convenient than ever and getting more interest on real estate market than before.

We have found good trading in real estate if the bridge are build and it easy to transport in those environment. Now also found of real estate active in that side. Customer are increasing more. Later the tenant will come more to stay if the transportation is easy in the new place,” said The Sun’s Managing Director U Nay Min Thu.
